This is Katelyn Tuohy, high school junior who recently set the indoor track record for the 3000m run. At the moment she is the top female runner in the United States. Not everyone will set records, but everyone needs to train properly. You may run 100m-3200m in competition on the track, but you still have to maintain proper mileage and do strength training. You have to concentrate on shorter intervals like 400m-800m for the shorter distances and 1-2 mile repeats for the longer distances. Stay strong and run strong for a healthy fast track season!
